10-75 IN WILLIAMSBURG

Squad Company 252 responded to fill the 10-75 at Box 0135, 33 Havemeyer Street, N 8th Street to N 7th Street.  Fire was reported inside the store at that location.  First due units found fire in the first floor of a three stroy frame which was occupied by a pizza restaurant.  The fire was located above a brick pizza oven and proved difficult to access.  Numerous companies, including Squad, were used to open up below and above the fire.  Extension was found on the floor above in the walls and flooring.  All other searches were negative.
