A stubborn fire at a recycling plant went to a 2nd Alarm due to the size of the building and the amount of material smoldering. Box 1957, 992 Essex Street, Cozine Ave to Wortman Ave was transmitted for a fire in a commercial building. Squad 252 responded on the 10-75 and assisted companies with accessing and opening up the burning debris. Companies remained on scene for approximately two hours, soaking the paper and garbage.
